1. KROSS School Visit / Spring
서울 경기권 최소 10개 학교 방문 및 Rapsodo (랩소도) 측정
2. KROSS Tryout (고3 대상, 2회) / Summer
미국대학 야구장학생 선발 (1차 청룡기 기간 6~7월, 2차 봉황대기 8월)
3. KROSS Showcase (중 2 ~ 고3 대상, 10월) / Fall
평가와 육성 중심의 쇼케이스 진행
How does Kross Baseball select outstanding student-athletes each year?
1. KROSS School Visit / Spring
- Visiting at least 10 schools in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions,
- conducting measurements using Rapsodo.
2. KROSS Tryout (targeting high school seniors, held twice) / Summer
- Selection for U.S. university baseball scholarship recipients
- (1st round: during the Cheongryonggi period, June–July;
- 2nd round: during the Bonghwangdaegi, August).
3. KROSS Showcase (targeting middle school 2nd graders to high school seniors, October) / Fall
- A showcase focused on evaluation and player development.

2. Consulting
based on successful experiences with over 120 players in the past eight years,
we provide systematic consulting services.
In addition to pre-admission consulting,
we offer 'post-management' support for two years after admission,
managing players over the mid- to long-term (total of three years).
Over the past eight years:
35 baseball scholarship recipients produced
A total of 121 U.S. university baseball study abroad students

3. PREPARATION_준비
크로스 아카데미는 CRP 프로그램으로 운영됩니다.
CRP(College Ready Program)는
Academy Track X Baseball Track
학업(Academy)와 야구(Baseball)
A. CRP_Academy Track:
미국 학업을 따라 갈 수 있도록 준비 (영어, 수학, 특강으로 구성)
B. CRP_Baseball Track:
미국 대학 야구 로스터에 들어갈 수 있는 선수로 준비 (트레이닝, 훈련, 연습경기로 구성)
랩소도 활용(데이터를 기초로 리더들 목표 설정 및 관리)
CRP는 유학을 보내기 위한 프로그램이 아니라,
야구 유학을 실패하지 않기 위한 준비 과정입니다.
국내 대학과 미국 대학 간
학업과 야구의 차이가 있기 때문에
한국에서 충분히 미리 준비해야만
성공적인 미국대학 야구유학을 이룰 수 있습니다.
KROSS Academy operates under the CRP (College Ready Program).
CRP (College Ready Program) consists of
Academy Track × Baseball Track
Balancing academics (Academy) and baseball (Baseball)
A. CRP Academy Track:
Preparation to keep pace with U.S. college-level academics
(composed of English, mathematics, and special lectures)
B. CRP Baseball Track:
Preparation to become a player capable of earning a spot
on a U.S. college baseball roster
(composed of training, practice, and practice matches)
Utilizing Rapsodo (setting and managing goals for players based on data)
CRP is not a program designed simply to send students abroad for study;
rather, it is a preparatory process to ensure success in baseball study abroad in the U.S.
Because there are significant differences in both academics and baseball
between Korean universities and U.S. universities,
thorough preparation in Korea in advance is essential
to achieve a successful baseball study experience at a U.S. university.
Academy (가을, 겨울 반 소개)
CRP_Academy Track:
미국 학업을 따라 갈 수 있도록 준비 (영어, 수학, 특강으로 구성)
영어는 기본, 수학과 컴퓨터를 함께 공부하며,
다양한 특강을 통해 시야를 넓혀주고 있습니다.
Academy (Fall and Winter Semester Introduction)
CRP_Academy Track:
Preparation to keep pace with U.S. college-level academics
(composed of English, mathematics, and special lectures)
English forms the foundation, while mathematics and
computer science are studied together.
Through a variety of special lectures,
we also help broaden students' perspectives.

미국 대학 야구 로스터에 들어갈 수 있는 선수로 준비
(트레이닝, 훈련, 연습경기로 구성)

Successful KROSS seniors are actively guiding and supporting their juniors.
The greatest asset of KROSS—and the decisive reason
for choosing it—is the presence of over 100 seniors.
These seniors serve as dedicated mentors in both baseball and academics,
leading their juniors toward success.
4. Pathway_진로
크로스 리더들은 크게 2개의 진로가 있습니다.
프로선수를 재도전하는 '크로스 프로 (KROSS PRO)'와
야구 이외에 길을 선택한 '크로스 에이스 (KROSS ACE)'로 나누어 집니다.
(1) 야구 잘하는 리더 :
크로스 프로 (KROSS PRO)
- Pathway : JUCO (미국 2년제 야구 장학생)
→ NCAA D1 (미국 4년제 야구 장학생)
→ 미국 MLB & 한국 KBO 프로 재도전
(2) 공부 잘하는 리더 :
크로스 에이스 (KROSS ACE)
- Pathway : 자기 적성에 맞는 JUCO(미국 2년제) 전공 선택
→ 4년제 대학교 편입
→ 졸업 후 전공과 연계된 직업 선택
KROSS leaders have two main career paths.
They are divided into:
'KROSS PRO' — those re-challenging themselves as professional players
'KROSS ACE' — those choosing a path outside of baseball
(1) Leaders who excel at baseball: KROSS PRO
- Pathway: JUCO (U.S. 2-year college baseball scholarship)
→ NCAA D1 (U.S. 4-year university baseball scholarship)
→ Re-challenge for U.S. MLB or Korean KBO professional baseball
(2) Leaders who excel at academics: KROSS ACE
- Pathway: Select a JUCO (U.S. 2-year college) major that fits your aptitude and interests
→ Transfer to a 4-year university
→ Choose a career connected to your major after graduation
