크로스베이스볼 출장일기 74일차 (08/20/21  - Day 19 Review with Coach Koo)

Last Day

Today was officially my last business trip day as a whole. The past three weeks can be summed up with the word ‘potential’. I visited Coach Harley at Centralia college and visited Olympic college to finish off my day. The more schools and coaches that I’ve talked to in the past three weeks, the more I realize that each coach has his certain fit, needs, and standards.

I believe we can accommodate for each of our Kross baseball players and help them find a good home. Not just looking at the talent level alone, coaches are also looking for outstanding people. With Coach Harley and many coaches that I’ve met for the past few weeks, I’ve told them with 100% confidence that in the near future which is this fall that we are going to provide them with the choices that of great young players.

Beginning in the Midwest all the way to the northwest I believe we are on a great path to do some thing that has never been done before in Korea. Some people are going to challenge and even deceive, but at the end of the day I truly believe that Kross Baseball and each of the individuals involved are going to do the best for the players.

As I re-organize my contacts and will start planning for the fall showcase, I cannot put into words how excited I am. I want to truly thank every single person that has helped me throughout my trip and I really enjoyed this experience thanks to each and every one of those people. I believe in what we are doing and know that a lot of people across borders believe in what we are doing. This fall is going to be the start of a continuous relationship with many schools in the United States. There’s no doubt that we can guide young men to be great people on and off the baseball field.

Lastly, for those players who are reading this, I would like to challenge you to take it upon yourself to become a better person than you were yesterday. Whether that is through baseball or academics, you want to live a life with no regrets. As a scout and a coach, my best advice to players would be to work hard while you can and not regret it later.

This has been a pleasure!

Let’s Kross Baseball Together!
